Terms of Service

ASAP.SOLAR produces a remote pre-qualification solar report and coordinates comparable installer quotes. The $1 launch activation opens your quote workspace (standard price €49, refundable if we can’t qualify your roof).

We are a coordination service — not an engineering firm, installer, or financial/legal advisor. All figures are estimates derived from satellite data; a licensed on-site survey precedes any binding offer.

You choose which installers receive your details. Contracts are between you and the installer — we take no commission from your contract and do not negotiate on your behalf.

The lead unlock fee (€19.80 launch / €99 standard) buys one qualified quote-request dossier, licensed to the paying installer only. No resale or sharing of homeowner data — GDPR obligations pass to you as an independent controller once you receive it.

No exclusivity: a lead may be unlocked by multiple installers. The fee buys the dossier, not a guaranteed contract, and is non-refundable once the dossier is delivered.

• Liability is limited to the amount you paid.
• These terms are governed by German law.
• Consumer dispute resolution: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
• Severability: if any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
• Changes to these terms are announced on this page.
